Does any 120 or 220 film have sprocket holes!? <g>

Have you developed good daytime pix on any of these problematic rolls?

Do you use a particular developing tank just for hTP?  That tank could
have a light leak.

If the entire roll is black along its entire length, then it could be a
Lumicon handling error (or severe irradiation by delivery service),
especially if all of the problems happened to rolls from the same
batch.
