Lydia,

       I use Netscape but I also have done something similar ... what I
did was create a filter which looks for "APML" in the subject heading
and, if found, it moves the message into the folder I have named APML. I
would trust something similar to be doable in IE. As I receive many
messages each day (Yahoo eGroups, Astromart etc etc), this ability to
automatically "file" my incoming email automatically is really useful
and practical.
