[APML] reprocessed M33 and Irfanview

Hello all,
I went back and tried some new techniques on M33. Mostly relating to
starshaping thanks to Matt BenDaniel.  I think I am getting this techniques
fairly down pat.  There were some major offensive stars in this image. The
star color did change a bit.  I also tried to maximize the best setting for
BGsmooth.

The other finding I have had is how Irfanview will save a file in a much
smaller size than PS.  I used an 8 quality in PS and an 80 quality in
Irfanview for .jpg and the PS size was over 500kb and the Irfanview was
127kb.  The image looks the same to me on the monitor.  Comments/suggestions
welcome.
