I am not sure that stacked filters such as you describe will be safe 
for viewing. You may see spots all right...permanently.

I believe the filter factor for common sun filters is in the order of 
100,000 or something like that (maybe even higher). Can you achieve 
that level of reduction with neutral-density filters? I would think 
that filtering the damaging UV component would also be a 
consideration.

My 1600mm fl scope just exactly fills a full 35mm frame with the sun. 
A 200mm lens will probably give you such a small image that you would 
not see much.
