   Not right now, the Sun has been depressingly short of sunspots these 
days.
   If you use an extremely fine grain film and if there are significant 
sunspots on the solar disk, you will see spots.  However, it take nearly 
a two metre focal length in order to fill a 35mm film frame.  The size 
of the Sun using 200mm lens will be depressingly small.
