I've just started in astrophotog with an OM1 that I bought
last week. The mirror lockup is difficult to operate and I
have trouble remembering to do it. Also, I have a lot of
trouble closing my shutter via cable at the end of an
exposure. So, I've decided I can solve both problems by
just covering the lens with something opaque while opening
and closing the shutter.
