I don't think that shutter vibration is the correct word here. The shutter
vibration will happen on a shakey mount. The folks with good mounts and
mirror lockup are more concerned with Atmoshpheric turbulance. If you look
at some eyepiece projection folks you might see they still have a seperate
guidescope. The reason is they view the intended planet/moon and wait for a
calm atmosphere.
I would prefer to start at 200 to 400 Asa for a newbe.
