For out-of-print books in general, http://www.bibliofind.com/ is
very useful. Sometimes you can also get very good deals on books
in print, particularly from dealers who don't specialize in the
looked-for subject.
A search on Title Keyword: Astrophotography turns out
two hits on this particular book. Check the payment policy
of the bookshops (click the dealer name) to avoid any surprises:
in this case, neither of them accept credit cards.
The e-mail ordering service provided is very handy, but if you want
to secure a copy, call or fax directly. Not all dealers read e-mail
more than once a day.
I forget the details, but I have also recently seen ads in S&T or
Astronomy about second-hand dealers specializing in astronomy.
