[APML]: "AstroPhoto" program?

I once downloaded a program called (I think) "Astro Photography".  It 
was written and/or distributed by the Astronomical Society of Southern 
New England.

Its purpose was to take information on your telescope, eyepieces (where
applicable), camera, film, intended subject, etc. and determine the 
optimal exposure times.

1)  Does anyone know if this is still available somewhere on the web (I
    haven't been able to turn it up with any of my searches).

2)  Does anyone know of a comparable piece of software exists so that I 
    can check it out?
