Philip, thank you for your report on the Lumicon GEG. I've just received
mine, in spite of the UPS strike. A UPS manager turned driver dropped it
off at the local hardware store along with several other's packages and
called to see if I could come pick it up. I was just glad to get it even
that close.
The info you posted has been quite helpful in my understanding of how the
GEG works, but I would like to ask some questions. In your M-8 photo you
took in the f/4 mode, ....the one at the end of your report next to the
M-51 photo.....How much cropping did you do?
How many degrees will the GEG cover on 35mm film with a 10" lx200 f/10
in the f/4 mode? About what field of coverage can be expected in the other
modes?
Again, thanks for a good report.
