I have no idea if this is even possible, but maybe you can get a
110V-120V/60Hz AC to 12V DC converter, and put it between the MT IV and
your stepper motor. But then there's the issue of slow motion control. I
know the IV does this by changing the Hz of the AC current coming out of
it, so how would that translate through the converter? You might give
JMI a call and discuss it with them.
