I guess that means you've got a stepper motor. :-)

If it's the stepper version of the common Hurst AC motor, that is same case
and size, it will not be a problem. Do you know if that's true?

If it is, a new motor costs about $50 - a ripoff in my opinion - but there's
not many choices. :-(
