Greetings Greg,
        How about M57 the Ring Nebula.  It's near the zenith and should be
decent with the 208XT.  I recently just got my 208XT and I use it to
guide my LX200.  Pretty good little device.  I shot Jupiter with it when
I first got it.  Pretty impressive.  Good Luck and Clear Ones to Ya!
