I ran the simple test on my hypering chamber to verify that the pressure
increase is due to heating the gas - it is. With nothing in the chamber
except normal air I heated it to 45 C. The pressure went up 1 psi. I vented
the pressure, closed the valve and let is cool to room temperature. The 
guage read about -1 psi.

At this point I'm comfortable saying that film outgassing does not cause 
the pressure increase observed when heating a hypering chamber.
