Wade,

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but there is quite a bit of area  
with little or no nebulosity. It only appears to be all nebulosity  
because of how you have it adjusted. You've clipped off a good  
portion of the low end blue and green data and have red slid much too  
far up the histogram.

As a quick fix, try this in Photoshop:

Open Curves, and select each channel individually and adjust as follows:

            Input       Output

Red      25             0
Green    0             20
Blue       0             20


Try reprocessing it so the start of each channel in the histogram is  
at about the same number.
