[APML] Fuji Velvia 100F Test Results

To all,

Last New Moon, I tested some fresh Fuji Velvia 100F for use as a
fine-grained astrofilm.  I imaged several targets: the Cygnus area,
the Milky Way, and M31.  Initially, I thought the results were good;
however, after talking to Tony Hallas and seeing the scans, I have
to say this is NOT a good film for deep-sky astrophotography.

I will tweak the article as members provide their opinion on how
they believe the film performed.  Perhaps, I'm too picky after
seeing what E200 can do.
