I am really impressed. I tried handcranking one exposure six years ago
and had problems going beyond 5 minutes.
The resulting image looks really good.
I shot the same area tonight with my 135mm on TP with the lumicon
filter, the film is in the wash at the moment and I won't have time to
scan until tomorrow, but I hope my results look half as good as yours.
I ran 5, 10 , and 20 minutes as I want to see just how great a result
the moon had on the shot.
If you have 115V power where you shoot a 1/10 RPM motor with a push
button switch to kill the power will get you by while you wait to get
the drive controller fixed. The EQ-3 wants 1/11 RPM so you will have to
interrupt fairly often.
