[APML] Focus Problem with Pentax 67

I got my film back late last week from my first use of my Pentax 67 with
a 300mm telephoto. I was disappointed with the focus but it wasn't all
my fault :-)

The actual focus varies from pretty sharp on one edge (but with some
aberrations I have to thing about) to gross donuts on the other side. I
shot two separate rolls and both have this "feature" but I need to spend
a little time to see if they are both showing the same gradient in the
same orientation.

Since this is my first use of the camera, and in fact my first Pentax
67, I'm wondering if I simply loaded the camera poorly and didn't get
the file flat and tight across the rollers and if that could cause it.
Before I take it into a repair shop, I wanted to get some feedback from
folks here who've used these to see what other things i might want to
check.

I'll try to get a scan of the film online later tonight to show just how
bad it is....
