Thank you very much :-)
I agree... sometimes I go back to my images and I think that they are a bit overprocessed. I need to find my balance ;-)

Yes, I do. This site is about 20km away from La Silla (ESO) and Las Campanas (Carnegie) observatories, here in Chile. It is an unused airdrome field in the middle of the desert, in a large valley. It is quite low, but it has great horizonts and the better seeing I have seen. :-) A few APMLers were there last summer and found it the best place in their travel (David, are you in there?). A 25min shot come quite bright, but it is still usable, specially to bring out faint stuff. Now I prefer 20min shots (remember that it was taked nearly two years ago). With E200 I am able to go longer. I have a 44min shot at f/4, pushed 2 steps, with the Lumicon Minus Violet filter (~40minutes unfiltered) wich still looks fine.
BTW, this site very away from my home, in Santiago (Chile's capital). Over 500km to the north, it is a nearly 7 hours trip in a car. Becouse of this, and the costs involved, I'm limited to a few trips in a year, and I try to stay there as long as I can (minumun 3 days... a friend stayed there 2 weeks). Having sayed that, I must confess that it is quite rought: very hot during the day, without a place to hide (it is a desert), no water avalaible, no bathroom, etc. Thanksfully, there is an inn 10km away, in the highway, with all the facilities, and great/cheap meals. If you want to take the risk to leave your equipment in the middle of the deser (or leave a friend there), this is the place to go (it is a pleasure to have a shower and good cold beer ;-) ).
