Re: [APML] D-19 measurement Question
Hi Brian,
One package makes a gallon so decide how much you want in each batch. A
full processing tank for two rolls of 35mm or one 120 roll is about a pint
or 16 ounces. A pint is 1/8 of a gallon so divide the package into 8 equal
packages.
A word of warning about storing the D-19 after splitting it. It
deteriorates with exposure to moisture and/or air. The component that
prevents fogging during development turns the white powder brown. When that
happens, the developer will cause a haze over the entire film. If you store
the split packages in a vacuum bag, it should last quite a while.
Good Luck,
Don
