Sirs,
I used film for astrophotography in last twenty years and I did look at this
group for many years too. I notice that the film pictures posted are now
really rare if compared with the ones on other mailing lists. The future,
the life of astrophotography is now in digital media and, if also we can't
overlap on other specialized groups like the SBIG one, I think it would be
better to open to the media that are the right heiress of the film, like the
new SRL cameras generation. I'm going on with film but here, in Italy, TP
disappeared and color slide are discontinued in stores. I don't want to feel
myself like the last japanese soldier on the remote island.
