[APML] OT: Mosaic In Cepheus

I've uploaded a new mosaic / h-alpha color composite of IC1396.
Total exposure time was over 10 hours and includes 7 hours of
h-alpha and 3 hours of RGB data. The image is a two frame mosaic
taken mostly with the STL11000 and FSQ106 with some contribution
from the AP155. I hope you enjoy it.
