Maybe MACO would be interested in buying the rights/technology or a
licence from Kodak to manufacture tech pan.
My present employer made a similar move with Varian back in the 70's and
bought the technology for our gas magnetometer when Varian decided to
get out of that part of their business. We still use the same optical
core some 25 yers later.
If Kodak is not interested in TP they would be able to see some
additional profit from selling the rights or licence.
