Re: [APML] More film tests
Hi Jeff
When I get home from work today I'll re-wash my negative strip, scan both
frames again, and post the filtered and unfiltered images for comparison.
I had looked very briefly at the traffic film, but a comparison to SFX-200
indicates that it is the same emulsion on a thinner and tougher film base. In
fact if you print out the PDF files for the two films the spectographs match
100%.
So far it looks like it will be a clear night again so I'll do a better polar
alignment and try shooting the same area around Deneb with a 135mm lens.
I may need more than four hours sleep so the film may not get developed until
wednesday evening.
George
Clear skies and good health
