Very interesting about the pennies kirk ;) ..i think i
might try it just for kicks.

Ok..heres a question ...

What if you use the fixer for prints and then use it
for developing negs?
Is this safe?
Ive been using the fixer Ive had for about two weeks
which is used for my 8x10 prints to fix, and my tmax
and TP fix.
I havent noticed any probs so far, but what about in
the long run, will my negs or prints show artifacts
later?

Any comments?
