RE: [APML] M31 pentax67 e200 FSQ-106...




Basically, I followed the guide in jerry's Photoshop
for Astrophotographers....

E.g.
- scan in 16bit mode, 4800dpi w/ the epson. 
- crop to the object.
- set the white and black points.
- use curves to increase the midtones.
- use curves to tone down the m31 core (pretty sure I
did this)
- Adjust the color balance.
- resize it down to a "web size".
- knock it down to 8bit.
- rotate it for asthetics.
- jpeg it.

Quite frankly, the PFA html-book is worth every penny.
