[APML] E200 and Provia 400F pushing

Dear All,

I have been pushing E200 of 1 stop and never pushed Provia 400F.
I've seen instead some of you pushing even provia 400F to +2. How much is
the grain coming out? Can we stand it and get rid of it with some processing
software? I guess so , because you do it, but I'd like to hear from you
about it.
