[APML] Preview: summer Milky Way

Hi list,

Last month I showed you an ongoing mosaic of the Milky Way.
I managed to complete that mosaic and made it 2.5x larger.
The processing is still ongoing.  Indeed, I haven't recieved all 
the processed film yet.  This is what I have so far:

Unlike last time, the individual frames are flattened and
calibrated (in Registar).  As you can see, the flat fielding isn't
perfect.  As a result, the color calibration in Registar isn't 
perfect, either.  This image is a very challenging task.  I
hoped to bring it to AstroImage 2004 but now I'm not sure 
if I can finish it in a month.  

Another problem I'm facing is how to print this picture.  Our
insitiute has an inkjet poster printer.  But I'm not sure if the 
printing quality is ood enough for this image.  Do you have any
suggestions?
