Actually, I do have an old laptop I was considering putting up on eBay. 
It's not quite up to the specs you listed, but I could let you have it for
next to dirt.

IBM Thinkpad 760 EL (IIRC)
120MHz Pentium
72MB RAM
3 gig
1.44M floppy
1 Parallel, 1 Serial port (no USB)
Windows 98 SE
33.6 Modem PCMCIA card
10/100 Ethernet PCMCIA card
IBM carrying case w/shoulder strap
Battery holds charge, though since I never rely on this I couldn't swear
for how long.  If this is an issue I'd be happy to test it for you and see
how long it will last.

The only downside (besides the slow processor) is the hard drive has a few
bad sectors.  So far this has been transparent, but the drive would
probably need to be replaced soon.  Also there's no CD drive, I use the
network for installing new software ;o)

Up until about a month ago this was my astro computer driving my ST-5C
autoguider through CCDSoft and running various planetarium programs.  It's
small and quite transportable.  I rigged the power cord so I can run it
off a deep cycle battery and a 16V inverter in the field.  I also have a
homemade red cellophane screen to protect your night vision.  There's a

I'd let this go for $50 plus shipping.  Let me know if you are interested.
 If not I'd like to put this up on eBay and see what I can get for it, or
maybe I'll give the list next crack at it.
