Regardless of your resolution of the color differences (which aren't
all that significant, IMHO), that's an excellent accomplishment. I've been
imaging this whole opposition, and I understand how difficult and
tempermental imaging Mars is over the course of the changing seeing
conditions from minute to minute.

Astrophotography
Please forgive the slightly off topic post, but as processing questions
seem to be fair game I have a processing challenge to pose to some
Photoshop guru. I've attempted to create an animated gif of several
webcam images of Mars. I tried my level best to process each image
identically but I think you can see there are some coloration differences
between each frame, some more obvious than others. I'd really like to
smooth this out and make every frame have a similar tone. Is there an
easy way to accomplish this in Photoshop?
