Re: [APML] Hypered film and multiple nights

Hi Allan--after even one night of sitting in the camera out in the air without
a dry air purge, you're apt to see a reduction in the benefits derived from
hypering.
I've tried it from what I'd consider a reasonably dry environment--not far
from
Angels Camp in the foothills of the Sierras--and the results on M8 for the
second night
displayed considerably less nebulosity.

I also had a friend who put his triple bagged camera in the ice chest, and it
still got wet and ruined!

The daytime temps won't do much to the film--after all it was probably hypered
at about 50 deg C.

I'd suggest shooting as much as you can the first night, and switching to a
roll of E200 slide film for the rest of your trip.

Good luck!!

Steve
