[APML] Hypered film and multiple nights
Title: Hypered film and multiple nights
Hello,
I’m going on a five day camping trip and have a roll of hypered PPF400 film from Lumicon. It is currently in the freezer and I will begin using it the first night of the trip and if possible on the following nights. Daytime temps will be in the high 80’s and aside from a cooler with block ice I will have no way to keep the film/camera cool. With the problems of moisture and condensation, I don’t think I want to place even a triple bagged camera (OM1) in the cooler - though I’d like to get opinions from others (The cooler will constantly be drained so there will only be ice in the cooler).
Basically, will the hot daytime temps ruin the film, or cancel out any benefits the hypering might have provided? Will the shots I take have horrible sky fog because of the processing delay or heat, etc? Sorry for the newbie questions – appreciate any input!
Thanks,
Allan Whetzel
