 Actually, it may be legal. I read a while back about software being exported 
for sale in foreign countries, then 'surplus' disks being imported back here 
and sold at substantial discounts... sounds like this could be one of those 
loophole deals. 

 This might also explain why the link states there are updates available, but 
no online support from Adobe. If the disk and packaging have print in Cryllic 
or Arabic etc... this could be the case. Taking advantage of gray areas in 
the law is best left to ones own morality, I suppose. As stated in one of my 
recent posts here...
