Hi Scott,

Take a look at Cabbage cases, they will custom make one for you for a very 
reasonable price. They will custom cut the foam also for the inside if you 
give them a drawing with dimensions. Lane and I both have them.

You can get them made with two different walls, one thick plywood that is 
ATA certified for shipping on the airlines, and one with a thin wall that 
is lightweight.
