I come down on the 'astrophotography is astrophotography' side. I can't
believe the nitpicking that goes on in some some of these groups, and
had previously not noticed it on APML...
I guess to some it's a religious issue.

Right. You know what I'd like to hear? I'd like to hear from the "Great
Silent Majority" out there. There have to be hundreds of peolpe who have
never chimed in on this subject. Are they inactive and not paying
attention to this discussion? Are they thinking "No one really cares
what I think"? We won't know unless they voice their opinion. I have not
heard from the likes of Nicola, Marco, Herm. They post once in awhile.
Then I'd like to hear fronm the guys who never (or very seldom) post.
This is about all of you. Speak your mind, please.
