I agree that putting it to a vote has merit . . .
. . . However, I would recommend that the nature and wording of the vote
be clearly stated.
I know that it's not practical in a democratic list like this to give
individual votes weight, but I would also like to point out that
accomplished heavyweights like Rob Reeves and Gendler, Alan, Jerry, et. al
should somehow be given greater consideration in their voices, given their
experience, contributions, stature, and longevity. Also consider that
their continued dissatisfaction with this list could lead to their leaving
the list, which would be a disservice and a loss for us all.
