RE: [APML] Selling Hypered Film was: Oh No! Kodak "Improves" Royal Gold
I'm pretty sure that Lumicon have an exclusive on the sale of hypered film
as they
own the patent on the process. Can't remember where I got that idea
though...

That could become a real option for some of us, if someone on the list takes
the hint! The only source I know of for hypered film is Lumicon. But they
don't have any newer films listed and one would think that their stash of
PPF must be getting old, if that even matters...

Hi Frank,
This is exactly my present frame of thought. Although;
computer in the observatory, acquistion and focusing
software, CCD camera and just being able to master all
the equipment and techniques is pretty daunting.
Now I'm thinking though... it may not be a bad time
for someone on the list to make some extra cash
selling some hypered film. To be honest, I've been
surprised that (to my knowledge) no one on the list is
doing that. After all, this is America. I guess
though, that the time and quantities involved make
that a difficult propisition.
