[APML] IC1396 on RG200

I finally got a chance to shoot IC1396 with hypered "old" RG200. It *just*
fit in the field of my TV85. This is a 90 minute exposure @ f/5.6

Processed in Photoshop and MaxIm DL. I lightly blended a PS curves-tweaked R
channel copy as a synthetic L channel in MaxIm, it seems to have helped the
nebula's details somewhat.
