[APML] What's Wrong with these Pictures?

The short answer is "a lot". Some of the problems, I know what went wrong
and how to fix. What I can't figure out is why I failed to capture any reds.
Take a look here: http://home.twcny.rr.com/kevinwigell/Bad_Images.htm (These
are raw scans.)

The film was Kodak RG200, which I have used with success before. In fact,
here is another image of the Deneb region I took with the exact same
equipment and film just last month, from the same location, which turned out
great: http://home.twcny.rr.com/kevinwigell/Deneb_Region.htm

I have some theories: Film got too warm (it was in a hot tent for a couple
of days), bad batch of film, bad processing at the 1-hour photo place (bad
chemicals?). Also, both these photos were taken through intermittent passing
thin clouds and haze. But every image on this roll of film showed
practically no reds. Almost looks like Fuji 4th layer film.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
