I don't process the E200 myself. Being a professional photographer and living 
in an urban area (Dallas) I have a pro lab process it. The turn around time 
is 2 hours.

If you're having flatness problems with 120 film (almost everyone does) and 
since you're using the Graflex back, you might consider a vacuum back. Hutech 
offers several (costly) or you could modify the Graflex back. The Graflex 
roll film backs are readily available on the used market at about $100 or so.
