This is somewhat subjective, because the effects will still be slight, and
good filtration and careful focus should minimize the effects even more.
But, If you are willing to pay another $5k for a product that will likely
provide only a very slight optical improvement - More power to'ya.
Have you tried this combination yet (FS-60C with ST-10XME)? Have you
compared the results to any other lens close to this focal length/f-ratio? I
am curious and would like to see the results.
In any event, I will try this combo at the OSP this week, and let you know
what I discover.
