[APML] a bit OT... yahoo et al ... Fires too

Tony,

Thought you had already subscribed to the SBIG list a
few months ago. Could be wrong I guess. The content
for the most part is on topic and usually quite
technical, I think you'd enjoy it. Being a
non-technical kind of guy, a lot of it is over my
head.

Regarding OSP, does anyone have any fire, or smoke
related information for that area? There are so many
fires up here, I only hear about the local ones,
Squire (right behind our house but no longer a
threat), Biscuit, Florence, Timbered Rock, etc...
There has been a thick layer of smoke over the Rogue
Valley for most of the last 2-3 weeks. I haven't heard
much about the Madras fire which may blow smoke right
into Indian Trail. We're going no matter what, but
sure would like to enjoy clear dark skies.
