[APML] 4 month old D19

I have some 4 month old D19.  It has been stored in a brown jug in constant
70 degree temperature in a cabinet with little to no light and has been
opened for use 2-3 times.  Can I use this safely for some TechPan or should
I just suck it up and mix a new batch?  Thanks for any help!
