I'm not sure what you propose is necessary.
Additionally, some "list's" which are Yahoo based have been having a lot of 
problems
signing on to look at posted files, etc. The Astro-Physics users groups are 
an example.

With the exception of the Ben Yen outbursts, I think this APML has been 
rocking along just fine. While his outbursts are offensive to some, they can 
be be viewed as humerous knowing where they came from. All we have to do is 
refuse to reply.
