Some data points:

1) I've sold a handful of 16X20 astro prints from medium format film for $100 each.

2) My terestrial-photography friend gets roughly $250 each for large prints from medium format (about 24X24 inch prints) and as much as $450 for 30X40 prints from 4X5 film.  He sells these through consignment in places like Sedona, Flagstaff, Pheonix, etc.  The consignment house gets something like 20 or 25%.  After printing, consignment fees, and shipping, he makes about $100 on a 24X24 and $200 on a 30X40.  He sells several dozen this way each year.  His work is quite good and the printing is top-notch.
