The Sonnar 300m f/4 I am using was produced before Carl Zeiss Jena was reunified 
with the western Carl Zeiss company. These lenses are no longer in production. 
It amazes me that these Eastern lenses sell so cheap even though their quility 
is excellent. I can give no comments to the Western Zeiss lenses as they are way 
out of my pricerange!
