I read a lot of messages in the scanning list that claim the opposite, that the
AN glass improves the scan.. perhaps its just something to be tried. I do worry
about mildew growing inside the glass mounts and ruining the film. I do not cut
or mount my slides, easier to scan as a strip anyways.
