Peter this is the hardest part about mosaics IMHO. As some have already
suggested, do the anti-vignetting on each frame first before combining. Then
try to match each frame as best you can in terms of background brightness
and color before combining. After combining you still may have to use
selective tonal adjustments to match some areas.
