Hello,

     I have a technique that isolates all the green pixels (that is usually
where the noise
is lurking in an astro shot... and it also shows up a lot in the PPF grain
disintigration)
and gets rid of them without affecting the rest of the image. This does a
lot
to smooth out
an image. If there is interest I will step by step the procedure.
