Just a note to APML readers - if you fail to be the lucky one to get the bound paper copies from John Oliver (see his message below), don't fret: - the entire set of scanned AAS Photo Bulletins is electronically and freely available from ADS, here: http://adsabs.harvard.edu/cgi-bin/nph-abs_connect?version=1&PRE=YES&warnings=YES&partial_bibcd=YES&sort=BIBCODE&db_key=ALL&bibstem=AAS+Photo+Bulletin&year=&volume=&page=&nr_to_return=100&start_nr=1 ...which is the same place as: http://tinyurl.com/9d4br (For those that didn't already know, ADS has virtually _every_ astronomical journal and conference series volume ever published). One item that I can not bring myself to discard is a complete (AFAIK) set of the American Astronomical Society Photo-Bulletin. I have 1969 #1 through 1986 #3. The AAS P-B was the publication of the AAS Working group on photographic materials. For many years it was edited by Dr. A. G. Smith here at UF and I was a subscriber for the entire run. The collected issues are in a 3 inch wide binder. If someone is interested in it I would guess that it will cost about $10 or so to ship (in continental US). Please do not reply to this list as I am not a subscriber. Reply instead to oliver@astro.ufl.edu I have also found an additional stack which appears to be nearly complete. |
